So 'glutes' is the booty! The name comes from the correct name of the three muscles which contribute to the gluteal muscle as a whole, the gluteus minimum, gluteus medius, gluteus maximus. Now if you're familiar with the fitness industry or the memes floating around instagram which say 'she squats bro' next to a photo of a female amazing developed rounded glutes. But there are more than one way to skin a cat!
What do I mean by this?
Ok well let's start with the basics, you need to hit your glutes from all angles, not just squatting. Don't get me wrong squatting is great for your glutes, but it's not the only way to build those well rounded and developed glutes.
You can use varied rep ranges to develop your glutes, it doesn't have to be crazy heavy weights either. Glute training has to be done in a specific way, in a fashion that I myself have followed since beginning training, and the same fashion I have all of my clients following.
